Learn how to make Sterling Silver Stacking rings. In this Workshop you will make a set of Sterling silver stacking rings, in different styles. You will be shown how to texture the silver to make different designs.
You will learn how to make the rings from scratch in a small class of 4 students, in my purpose built jewellery studio in Peterston-Super-Ely in the Vale of Glamorgan.
This 3 hour workshop is a perfect introduction for anyone interested in jewellery making and will teach traditional Silversmithing skills.
You will learn how to:
- Use a jewellers piercing saw to cut metal
- Shape and form a ring using a jewellers ring mandrel and hammers
- Solder Silver
- Texture metal
- Clean, file and polish Silver
Everything you need to make the jewellery will be provided for you, if you wear glasses for reading/ close up work it's best to bring them along. Long hair should be tied back for the class and I recommend avoiding wearing clothes with long, flowing sleeves.

We plan to launch a jewellery repurpose scheme, taking in your unwanted or broken Sterling Silver and Gold jewellery in return for a discount on new pieces.
Responsible packaging.
Whilst we love luxury boxes and ribbons, they always end up being thrown away eventually. So your jewellery will arrive packaged in beautiful Poppy seed infused card, which can be planted to grow.
All postal boxes are FSC certified and everything will be recyclable.
